        Worst experience ever, don't recommend for any one. Owner entry in your house anytime, damages are never solved. Only lease on your own risk

        If you want a landlord who doesn't listed or solve problems Paul is your guy. Also known for not giving back damage dept (few people including myself have had this issue) with pictures of before and after. Leaving it was in better shape than what we got it but Paul just didn't feel like that extra hassle of writing a cheque back to you
