These guys will charge you anywhere from 150-300% depending on how they feel that day. Can't really recommend when there are other, similar, more honest businesses operating in Charlottetown. Edit to reply to owner: It has been my experience, without fail, that I am overcharged each time I visit your store. Every single time. Whether it's simply high prices, for example Shin Ramyun Black is drastically overpriced, by at least 150%, or being charged for upwards of TRIPLE the quantity of purchased produce. I haven't argued when this has happened, because it's so obviously deliberate, I preferred to give your staff more rope to hang themselves with. Basically every other Asian grocery in town is better, and doesn't take advantage of their customers the same way. Sorry if it's not your intention for this to happen, for your staff to behave this way, but it is happening.
