        I would give 6 stars if I could! Charles and Charles saved our vacation when our ML350 bluetec Mercedes began dying 3 days before having to drive back to Ontario. They diagnosed the problem, and had the parts shipped in for the next afternoon. Incredible friendly service!!! I normally see labor around same price as parts... not this time! I had to look twice in disbelief. $264 from a total bill of 2353.02. Yes it was an expensive repair on an expensive car but only quality new parts were used along with a regular "A service" which was due anyway. Thank you guys for fitting us in for this emergency repair on zero notice! Eric
