        Husband made an appointment for vehicle and was never told had to fill out a sheet before key drop off. Called to let them know where keys were located in/on vehicle. Was told they couldnt do work because sheet wasnt filled out. Called back to say they would let it slide this time. Went in to pick up vehicle, $300 fee for diagnostics to tell him what he already knew and not a single repair made. Not to forget that we dont live in town. Appointment was for early morning and didnt hear back until late afternoon.
