Felt profiled in the store by 1 particular sales associate. She never asked if I needed help. She couldve at-least did that to play it off . She just followed me around as if i needed to be monitored. Definitely need a bit more customer service training

This is a terrible service! I understand that they have had hack issues but I placed an online order before their problems January 2023 and still have not received my order. After several attempts to rectify my order. Unanswered emails visits to the local store and was simply told you need to contact customer service which doesnt respond to my repeated emails. I finally got hold of a sales rep who told me I would hear back in 7 to 10 days. Which has passed but the other day I did get an electronic gift card and told my order had been cancelled. This is not acceptable as I no longer want to do business with them or purchase any other products from them. I turned around and placed the same order on Amazon on Thursday April 6th and it arrived Easter Sunday morning April 9th. Why would I purchase anything else from Indigo Warning ! Shareholders sell sell sell. This company will not be worth anything in a year.
