New to PEI, and have a Dodge van with a wheelchair ramp, the door chain stopped working and we stopped by the dealership without an appointment. They were quick to diagnose the problem and while they didn't have the part, they did do a temporary fix without even charging us. Very friendly too.

I was there to fix electrical issues with my Jeep Liberty. Power locks arent working , fuse blowing right away and headlights are ON all the time . I did my research online before I went there. I might have to replace TIPM fuse box or check actuators in doors according to online research. I went there hoping to have it fixed as they are Jeep dealership and know common problems with this vehicle and hoping to fix it . They had vehicle for 4 days and ended up saying the same which I already knew exactly and charged me almost $300 for it , didnt fix anything . I was speechless and just walked out paying the bill. The guy was good at front desk but this is a huge RIP OFF . Definitely wont recommend for service here !
