        If you are backed up till the end of July! I think you should have a recording the guy that answered the phone was like some grump that hates his job! Cheer up pal ! Customer asks when can I get in for a full cleaning and shampoo! Operator ~ end of July Customer ~ any openings for just shampoo? Operator- I said the end of July! Customer- I'm sorry I just though you may have an opening for a lesser clean like just a shampoo sorry about that ! . Operator- grunt Customer- ok well do you have any list incase someone cancles ? Operator- no Customer- ok well thanks you have a good summer Operator- hangs up phone ...
