        I found it disheartening how poorly they made me, as a customer, feel throughout the customer experience. Their initial response and the subsequent tone they adopted during the discussion were both unkind. It's unfortunate that such a simple printing task turned into a frustrating ordeal. The final price of $2 was lower than expected, but it doesn't negate the negative impression they left on me. If you don't like people, don't work in Customer oriented jobs.
