You follow all instructions and recommendations, pay all statements on time, spend 30% of credit limit and still lose points. Why?! The customer service has no clue, no information about calculation formula. So, they can do whatever they want with credit score and you have no chance to dispute this. Simply fraudulent company!

Worst company ever. It's a shame that hard working Canadians who are trying to get ahead are being scammed and conned by a company such as this. Would give it zero stars if I could. Be careful giving them your credit card info. You'll be signed up for automatic withdraw for "monthly credit monitoring" and can only cancel by phone.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have spent an hour getting the run around. Their site(and the app Credit Karma) tells you to call a number if you need to dispute anything on your report. When you call, NO ONE can help! They direct you to the website and when you click the dispute link it gives two options, neither of which is "Dispute" related. One rep told me, after I ranted about how ridiculous it is to only be able to do it on a computer (you can't even use a cell phone!) that they do have a person. He gave me a direct number and that person DIRECTED ME TO THE WEBSITE!!! TransUnuon, fix your site so it can be accessed on phones AND either get people who can help or remove your phone number from your site and fire all your customer service people since they apparently can't help.
