While my past experience was good my last one was not. I had went in and ordered a birthday cake with a picture to be on it for my daughter's birthday. I went I days before and even takes to a person I assumed was a manager to order it. They told me the price and I paid for it. Days later when it was going to be picked up all it had on it was happy birthday. When asked about it supposed to be having a picture the person said I didn't pay to have a picture on it despite it having it on the order paper. It wasn't mentioned when I paid by the person who took my order, no one called me when they noticed an error even though my number was on the order paperwork as I would have told them to still but on the picture and I'd pay the extra fee. Instead we had to deal with employees who seemed to be unhappy to even have to deal with us an hour before the birthday party to get a picture on the cake..
