        Bought Christmas gifts for our granddaughters two weeks ago and the completely unempowered manager refused to allow them to exchange the items for different styles, despite the fact that my wife has bought hundreds of dollars in merchandise in that same store the past few years. Id give the store zero stars if I could and rest assured well never darken their store entrance again. Much better customer service at la sensa in the same Royalty Crossing Mall.
