        I visited this lotto outlet today at around 4pm and the cashier (taller old lady with long wavy hair) seems to have a bad day. I just went to check my lotto ticket and she is so rude, she should be more pleasant and treat customers right otherwise she shouldn't be working there where she deals with people everyday. So unreal! But I feel bad for her whatever she's going through coz she can't handle it right.
