Jeff Gaudet went above and beyond in every detail with regards to the purchase of our new home and having sold many homes; I can say that he was by far the most organized, responsive and knowledgeable (and resourceful) Realtor I have ever used. This particular sale was complicated as we had to close a house and buy a new one the same day. A lot of moving parts. He took care of everything and regardless of the challenge, he got us through things with as little stress as possible and a lot of good-natured support. I would highly engage his professional services again and will have no hesitation referring him to everyone I know that are looking for a Realtor that truly lives up to the promise of getting clients across the finish line!

We feel very lucky to have found Jeff. He is a rarity among his competition: responsive, resourceful, and highly motivated. Jeff's understanding of the Prince Edward Island market is unmatched, and we were so grateful for his marketing experience and insight. Our home sold quickly thanks to Jeff, but while our sale was quick it was complicated by a number of factors, not least of which was Hurricane Fiona. Along the way I lost track of how many times I called Jeff a "lifesaver." Highly recommended.
