I love Beastmode Mommas! I have been taking Kristas classes for at least 6 years and they are the only form of exercise I can stay consistent with. She offers a huge variety of exercises in her workouts and they are always challenging and fun. I recommend these classes to every woman not just mommas!

Krista is amazing at what she does! She creates such a fun and inviting environment for women of all different fitness levels. I have always been too intimidated to start going to a gym and her classes were the perfect way for me to get over that. I always leave in a way better mood than I was in before. I started her classes over a year ago and I'm so glad I did!

Kristas classes have been a game-changer for me & my relationship with working out. I always struggled to find a workout environment that keeps me returning to the gym, until I joined my first 6pm sweat over a year ago! Krista fosters a welcoming, non-judgemental and fun atmosphere in her classes that allows folks of all experience levels and backgrounds to feel comfortable and confident. As a non-mom, the 6pm sweat twice a week has been a great program for me and I would highly recommend, even if you walk in with little-to-no knowledge like I did. Thanks Beast-Mode Mommas!

Krista is the real deal! She maintains the perfect balance of keeping things light and fun, while also pushing you to perform your best and have a killer workout! She has an adaptation for every move, teaches proper form, and each class is different! Love her judgement free and women empowering programs!

Krista is the real deal! I had such bad back pain after having my son. I was 18 months postpartum and still couldn't successfully do any exercise without pain. I started seeing Krista twice a week for 8 weeks and she literally changed my life. I haven't had back pain for even one day since then. She has given me the confidence I needed to move my body again. I am so grateful that she came into my life. She also has the most positive spirit and is just a pleasure to be around. Can't recommend her enough!
