Exceptional staff, always cheerful even when dealing with distressed patients or dementia cases. Nurses are at the fro t line and often overlooked but these, often young women, are a vital service and are very important. Well done to them.

Dropped off some items for a buddy living there. The staff said they had to "quarantine" the items for 3 days before they could actually give it to my buddy. WHAT?! Well the staff member that handled the bag with bare hands darn well better quarantine themselves for 2 weeks if that's the case! We are calling you out on this.
