        Unfortunately have been trying to acquire contacts since late June, and they have not been able to deliver before a large trip to BC. Very disappointed as they dont seem to put in the same service as they once did in the past. Will be moving towards online or other companies

        Dr. Catherine Arsenault was fantastic, doing a very thorough exam and explaining the results of each test. This was my first bifocal prescription, and Optician Alan Joseph took the time to explain the various options, with no pressure to "upsell", and also helped me navigate an issue with my insurance. I picked up my glasses today, and this is the best prescription I've had in years. Excellent service, excellent products.
