MacLellan Oral Surgery & Dental Implants

Looks like the doctor is in some serious trouble as the appointments got rescheduled multiple times and in the end transferred to another doctor delaying my daughter's orthodontic extraction by nearly a year!

(Canceled on for a 2nd time now.... going to a new surgeon, with the hopes of some actual service...) After booking an appointment 5 months ago, my son's appointment was canceled one hour before he was supposed to be there! I was told I had to take 2 days off of work & my son had to take 5 days off of work.... all of this without pay. This isn't just an inconvenience.... it's a significant loss of pay and I'm not happy with his service at all. Very unprofessional to cancel one hour before the appointment. Will never recommend Dr. MacLellan to anyone.

The receptionist has zero customer service skills and is ultimately a reflection of the business. Treating clients like garbage isnt a good look and Id certainly advise the business owner to pay careful attention to this issue.

Dr MacLellan is a absolutely phenomenal oral surgeon. I could not of asked for a more highly skilled professional Doctor to do my dental surgery. No chatter no nonsense .He gets in there and gets the job down. 900% in my books!

Highly recommend. Staff were excellent and Dr. Maclellan did a great job.
