Danny is a trustworthy and professional realtor who help me a lot for my first own PEI lovely brand new house. During the selection, he gave me a lot of professional recommendations and choices enabled us to understand what we required our first house. In addition to the purchase of house, he also help to recommend others professional and trustworthy specialist, like lawyer, house inspector for the transaction on time as scheduled. On schedule is very important as you dont want to miss the deal just for missing schedule. Many thanks for Dannys hard work and professional job. As newbies of house maintenance and Canada regulations, we are highly appreciate Danny to be our realtor. He is so professional in site seeing, commending on details, finding good and bad things of the house, etc., and most importantly have patient to share to us. Haha. He is also full of experience in handling remote purchase. He leaded us to complete the entire purchase process step by step. Moreover, he is so kind to remind us to push specific parties on critical timeframes, e.g. mortgage, different utilities, etc! We highly recommend Danny, if anyone looks for a realtor in the future.
