I had 3 appraisals done and this Simon Moore was $110 000 and $100 000 off the other appraisals!! Where did you get your experience from? Mustve been a online school or something. I highly recommend going somewhere else. And I was referred by Nick farquharson so watch out with these guys! They work together and do a poor job.

My husband and I needed a home appraisal done quickly to help us decide on our Offer to Purchase price for a private home sale.Simon Moore was quick to respond to all my questions,drive out to the property and then provided a very thorough,top notch report that clearly justified the market appraisal price. This appraisal was so sound and clearly laid out that we sent it along with our Offer and it was accepted. A terrific professional job that was well worth the money. 5 stars for sure!

Unreliable, unprofessional, total disregard for the client. This company provided not only bad service, they were paid for complete incompetency. Wouldn't even give them a star but have no choice in order to post this review!
