We highly recommend Michael Poczynek as a listing agent for your cottage or home. We talked to several realtors before listing our waterfront cottage with Michael. His experience, professionalism and high energy level far outshone the other agents. This was a difficult sale for us as it was a waterfront summer cottage we built and lived in for 24 years with many family memories including our daughter's wedding. So when it came time to set the price, Michael walked us through the process. " If you want to sell, it has to be a competitive price, I have seen cottages marked too high that sit for years." said Michael Michael created an unbelievable 360 degree youtube video of the "lights above and floor below and everything else." This was a greatmarketing tool for our sale. We took his advice and our cottage sold within a month. Also as US citizens (and during covid19), we could not get to the cottage for the sale.
