The UPS Store

Visited this store today to get my passport pictures reprinted. Because there was something wrong with the originals. The owner told me I could come back and get them done again if something was wrong with the pictures and I shouldn't pay. I still got charged full amount which is against their policy, as he told me himself I could get them redone for free. Not a happy Camper.

I was the 2nd customer when the Charlottetown UPS Store opened....and their service has been excellent all 4 years!! I have a mailbox, receive and send many packages. Thank you!! Eric

Updated Review: I was there at the store on Mar 29th/23, and I've got to say that they've improved significantly, and it's all due to this new hire of theirs. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was a tall fellow with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was knowledgeable and assisted me rather well. Excited and looking forward to my next visit! Previous Review: Indeed a disappointment of a store. This particular UPS location, which also happens to be the only one, is the worst by far in terms of customer service. All of the college students employed here don't help you at all. There's only one that does help, but he is seldom available. Additionally, the store is closed as soon as it rains or snows, even in the slightest, which is unfortunate. As a result, I will not do business with them any longer.
