Ideal Tiles and Bathrooms

I had a whole bathroom renovated by them. They were not rude, always available. on time, clean, good work, great ideas. I recommend.

I had some minor issues from the start of the bathroom Reno. The tiles shower was supposed to have an inset vessel but it was overlooked. Fast forward to a few days after completion when I notice the walls. The holes where a shelf had been hadnt been filled before painting and the paint was rippled in spots. This was never corrected. After about 6 months the hardware in the shower starts to rust and the paint is coming off the ceiling. I call numerous times, the come numerous times and take pictures. They are coming back to solve the problems. Were now 5 years later and still nothing. I emailed and the woman was rude in her reply, basically theyve closed up shop and too bad, so sad I hope if they open up again, people will read the reviews and choose another business. The quality of the work was substandard
