        This was an extremely unpleasant experience! Colleenss unfriendly manner, unwillingness to commit to a pickup date and refusal to estimate the cost left me very uneasy - plus I was unhappy with how she fitted the dress. After an unpleasant follow up call, she suggested I come get my dress back before any work was done. When I did, she was fairly nasty. Very unprofessional! Service: Alterations
