Charlottetown Visitor Information Centre

Really great building for tourists but also residents - there's plenty of small local shops to find here, including restaurants. There's some parking around the area, but might be difficult to find - some is paid, or time limited. Staff is very helpful.

Really disappointed in the lack of service I received. I have visited the Charlottetown VIC twice this season and both times no one greeted or spoke to me. They just stared at me to the point where I was uncomfortable and felt too shy to ask my questions. I would have felt comfortable enough if they had just said "hello". I don't like leaving negative reviews, but as someone who has worked in VICs for several years it felt really disheartening to see that type of behaviour.

Had lots of maps and guides for free which led us to find some of the most fun and beautiful places PEI has to offer. Unfortunately, it seems we came at an off season so the restaurants were closed. Would love to visit them sometime in the future.

Nice to see but disappointed with the amount of business that was closed. Could not get coffee.
