University of Prince Edward Island

My assessment of the University of Prince Edward Island is limited the experience I had in applying for a master's program. It took them nearly 6 months to process and make a decision on my application, while most of the other universities I applied to only took around 2 months. On top of that, when I called to inquire upon the status of my application, I received just about the worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The receptionist kept interrupting me, would not let me get a word in, and was blatantly insulting and rude, to the point where I actually had to raise my voice at him. I'm sure it's a decent university, but based on this experience I had, I would recommend applying elsewhere.

This University is a Jokee. They only care about themselves and not the students education and mental health! We pay full tuition and not do anything to better students education! We are supposed to get education but no they only exploit the students.
