        Today we went shopping at this place called Kays. What an experience, not a good one! There is no pricing on any items, and there is one scanner on the floor; mind you all items are not coded for scanning. Very disorganized shelves, clearly no logic to where goods are placed for labelling. At the cash register, cashier approached and just allowed someone to cut in line rather than saying next person in line please. Kays need to hire a few people to make good changes to this run down store, reorganize, have a better POS and basically have a clean store. I spoke to the cashier and told her of my observations.. 1 star..they should take a hint from stores like Cisco, Sobeys etc..
