Thistle and Shamrock B&B

Last summer, we visited Prince Edward Island, Canada. We were meeting up with family staying at the nearby KOA, and needed accommodations for ourselves as not everyone would fit at the campground. So we chose the Shamrock and Thistle Bed and Breakfast. Owners Anne and Ron are so warm and welcoming. We arrived very late after a delayed flight and they allowed our local family to get the keys for us. The room was large, with tub, sink and commode right there. Very nicely decorated and came with A/C (our visit was in July of 2019). Daily Breakfast with Anne was delicious, and she made a wide variety for our week stay. We also had laundry service, and were able to use the washer/dryer in the house. She and her husband shared a lots of info about the island, and suggested so many wonderful places to visit and to eat. The b&b is on a working horse farm, and we also got to see the foals while we were there. We would highly recommend staying at the Thistle and Shamrock if you ever visit Prince Edward Island, Canada.

We have been coming to the Thistle & Shamrock for 4 year's. Positively Love our Room with spa tub, fresh, lovely decor. Very relaxing here. Ann is one of the nicest people I know. Ann is a born and raised Islander as is her husband Ron. Coming to the Thistle & Shamrock, is like coming home. Ann has a soft, friendly personality and an absolute pleasure to just set and chat with. Ann knows where to go, how to get there. We have stayed at many B&B's over the past 2 decades and I highly, highly recommend the Thistle & Shamrock.

Anne the owner is disagreable and unpleasant We tried to book a room At 4 pm on Monday august 27 She made sound like an ordeal and that it was a disturbance. We had to leave by 8 or 9 am next morning At first it was ok until 10 then she said " take or leave it" you leave by 9am " it makes no difference to us if you take the room or not , its up to you" Well we left it as you can imagine and enjoyed "The Rodd" in Charlottetown My2cents
