Going on my fifth program with Flexed Fit and literally wouldnt have fallen in love with the gym, weights or discovered fun, challenging exercise without Aaron. Cant recommend enough... patient, willing to educate and motivate- everything a new person to the gym needs. Start now!

I've worked with Aaron a few different times over the last approximately 2 years and it has been wonderful! He's great with clients in a motivating, productive, and genuine way! Aaron and I have professionally worked together for 2 years in combining our exercise and nutrition plans for mutual clients! I love how much he cares about the well-being of the clients! I am just about to finish my second 6 week program with Aaron and I loved them! Over the years Ive found it hard to stick with different work outs but with Aarons 6 week plans its easy to stay on track and enjoy them! Theres different/new exercises I have never done before. Hes helped me step outside my comfort zone and now I love trying new exercises and work outs! Aaron is very supportive and is great to answer any questions about the workouts. Provides a very easy to read workout plan, and great explanations and examples of the exercises! Thanks to Flexed Fits 6 week program I am feeling happier, healthier and great about myself! I look forward to getting up in the mornings to do my workouts! In the next few weeks I start my new work out plan and cant wait! I highly recommend Flexed Fit!
