Blaine has been phenomenal to work with. Great recommendations on pumps, fast and clean installs, and nice placementhe focuses on putting the pumps in protected, out of the way locations. Hes knowledgeable about the PEI Efficiency program and very responsivepumps were installed within days of contacting him. I purchased my heat pump from another Island company. When I was recently having issues with it on a Saturday, I could not reach this company, and I learned do that they do not have emergency or weekend service. Nobody was even available on the phone. Then I saw that Blaine offered 24-hour availability so I phoned him. And this was about 6pm on Saturday. He was very polite and patient and walked me through the process to getting my heat pump working again. Thank you, Blaine! I will be referring you to anyone who needs a heat pump from here on in.
