        Most incredible food and experience!! Attended a Ceilhid. 7 course meal beyond belief complete with live music! The executive chef came out from the open kitchen and explained each dish and any pairings chosen and why. Special experience!

        Chef Hunter's food was amazing. He crafts his menu based on the ingredients available to him. He's made his mission to only use ingredients that are either local or native to Canada. For example he won't use lemons or vanilla but will challenge himself to find Canadian alternatives. The result is something so unique that I doubt you'll eat anything like it anywhere.
