Update: after an incredible rain storm and frozen drain pipes, we had a little bit of water come in. I reached out to the owner who suggested some problem solving options and then came out (after hours) to take a look and ensure that everything was working properly and that the frozen pipes were cleared. I cant say enough about the fabulous customer service this local company provides. Just a small town girl, living in a flooded basement world- I was nervous to invest this much money with someone Id not gotten word of mouth recommendations about. But Kayden and his crew were fabulous!! Kayden was very professional, took the time to explain what he would be doing, kept me in the loop with anything that came up with demo before the work was done, and was very easy to communicate with. The true test will be when the heavy rain comes in the fall or better yet, the next spring thaw- but as of right now, we are VERY happy with our choice and highly recommend Coppernine Waterproofing!!

Kayton impressed us at our first meeting. He knew what was necessary to rid our basement of leaks, improve humidity and to eliminate mold. We hadnt planned to undergo such a large project, but Kayton educated us on what was necessary to remediate the dampness. We are thrilled with the outcome! We now have a basement that consistently is 55% relative humidity, compared to 80+% prior to Copper Nine Waterproofing installing their system. We also had the existing French drain in the basement incorporated into the new system, including installation of a new sump pump, and had our window wells replaced with Copper Nine Waterproofing window wells and drainage, to ensure our basement stays dry. There is no longer an odour in the basement and the bright white vapour barrier walls are a delight. We look forward to the guys returning in the spring to reseed the grass. The whole team was very polite and respectful, lead by Kayton, who is exceptional. We definitely highly recommend Copper Nine Waterproofing!
