Magennis Terry Dr

Doctor McGinnis is wonderful and deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately there is no other way for me to comment or warn about his two secretaries. I'd give zero stars for them if I could. Terry has been my doctor for a little over three years, and over the duration of these years I'm yet to have one positive experience with these two women. They purposely leave the phone off the hook or just refuse to answer, and the odd time they do they are extremely rude, interrupt,and hang up abruptly. I've heard complaints about these women from every single person I've talked to and am flabbergasted that they are still able or qualified to work for such a kind and compassionate Doctor. I'm lucky enough to have Dr MacLeod as well and I wish I could record the difference in phonecalls when calling either secretaries. Today one of these women rudely interrupted me on the phone, implied that I was trying to do something that I wasn't inquiring for at all, shamed me and hung up abruptly. I hope more people read this and speak up about the absolute lack of professionalism , manners and common sense that these entitled women seem to possess
