        I didn't want to give a star but a terrible hospital to go to. The doctor hardly gave me service and was trying to rush out. Disgusting.

        I have had to go to KCMH ER several times for treatment in the past few months. I found the nurses to be tremendously kind and compassionate. The doctors as well. Yes, there can be a wait at times, as there would be in any hospital in North America. The care I have received from all staff has been excellent. I have also been to the ambulatory care department and again, received excellent care from the nurses in that department.

        Too bad there isn't a minus star rating. I got there 5 minutes after they opened and sat there for 6 hours with an infection in my face spreading up my jaw toward my brain. They put everyone who came through the door after me ahead of me, even people with sprained ankles. The staff doesn't care about anything but their paycheck, and their willing to let you die in the waiting room to get it.
