I called due to boiler issues and they sent a service man out very quick. Within 15 min I could hear him on the phone not knowing what to do. After a couple of phone calls and over and hour later my boiler was in worse shape then when he first arrived . He said Barry was on vacation and would be over to fix it when he got back, that was a month ago and still no one has shown up. He told me he disconnected some stuff that wasnt needed and left the cover off which stunk up my basement every time my boiler came on. I had to call in because the boiler shut off, which it never had before (and has done repeatedly since) and they told me to just keep hitting the rest button and that Barry would be out. I had to call another company to come out while Im waiting for Barry to come back (still nothing) and within 10-15 min the issue was identified and he also fixed the issue with fumes. Best part is B Walsh heating gave me a bill for essentially breaking my boiler. I used this company for years for cleaning and service calls but never ever again and Id advise you do not use them either.

Installed boiler wrong. Had mutiple blow outs cause they didn't set the air right. Then blamed me when it stopped working and charged me a ton for multiple service calls to correct the issue a year or so later. One being a general call to get it working again as it completely stopped. They just changed the nozel and 2 days later my house was filled with smoke cause they didn't check the boiler was filled with ash cause they had set it so bad and it was not burning properly.
