        Was a customer for 20 yrs as soon as made a claim after fiona find out policy isn't worth paper it's wrote on..terrible experience highly recommend finding out what they _really___cover after the fine print

I have nothing but good things to say about Layni, she has made the experience very easy for us, is extremely patient and friendly, and has done all that she can to get us the best rates. All of my interactions with all of the staff have always been pleasant. Definitely recommend Concorde Montague!
