Roger's Small Engine Repair

Sent our lawn mower to him at the beginning of summer, and he kept it for four months. It was nearly impossible to get him on the phone. My husband drove all the way out to his place one day to talk to him, no one was home and his phone was disconnected. When we did manage to get him on the phone, he told us it wasn't repairable, and would we like him to buy it- ha! When we finally got him to drop it off to us, it was in pieces. The carburetor, gas tank, and hood were all dismantled and bent, and one of the tires was flat and falling off the rim (which wasn't the case when we dropped it off). He and his wife refused to take it off the trailer until we paid them. Paid for what?! It was in much worse shape than when we sent it to him. When bringing up his lack of professionalism and whether it was reasonable to charge for doing nothing, he just made up excuses. Save your time and money. It was a ridiculous experience and we won't ever be back!

This guy wasted 2 1/2 months of my time and apparently does this a lot. Don't waste your time with this guy unless you like clown shows. Wish there was a no star option, Roger does not deserve one star.

This company is terrible to deal with. Never return your phone calls. Have my four wheeler there over three months. Called three four times a day with the same answer. Suppose to send bill before releasing the four wheeler and still dont have it to pay for. Went there once no one home and the second time nothing was done to it to repair or give estimates to the repair. Still to this date no invoice or phone call from the owner. I agree with the first reviewer. Dont waste your time with this company.

Sent our lawn mower with him and it was over a year before we were done dealing with him. Countless phone calls and text messages with no reply hardly ever. Avoiding confrontation. If he did reply always a bad excuse. Wouldnt go there again.
