Very impressed with overall service can't recommed highly enough 5 stars doesn't do john woodsmith justice would rate higher if i could. John is a true proffesional, consistently shows up on time, very fast response times unlike other contractors ive had to deal with in the past, and very impressed with the level, and indepth hes knowledge on the characteristics of hardwoods.The high quality work is no accident he puts alot of pride in all he's work weither its a small or big job. John was very easy to deal with from the begining to to the end of the project. I phoned him to demo and replace my mothers laminate flooring. He came by the very same day, and i got quote the very next day. During the demolation process he dicovered underneath the laminate flooring was RED OAK. Lucky me john is one of the 3 guys on pei capable of restoring the hardwood to its full natural beauty. My mother was estactic with the finished product!!! The only CON i can give johnsmith is word of mouth has spread around the island about the quality of hes work that hes in so much demand that he may be completly booked up for weeks depending on the time of year. PS during the construction project one day my mother wasnt able to make it home for lunch to let the dog GUS outside to pee so john went above and beyond the call of duty, and took the dog for awalk around the block so he wouldnt mess on the floors. Once again i cant recommend johnwoodsmith enough if want your floors done ontime, and on budget johns the man to call if you want it done right the first time.
