        Julio takes great pride and enjoyment demonstrating how to shuck oysters and describing the characteristics of the different oysters available on PEI. He spent a half an hour with us on a busy afternoon. The oysters were fresh and delicious. He insisted we could not take out shucked oysters - "they do not travel." We happily enjoyed them in his shop. He also has live lobsters, fresh caught fish and scallops. Strongly recommend.
