        The bagels are always a mess - cold and giant globs of cream cheese everywhere even on the outside of the bag. My breakfast wrap had no egg on it, they need to slow down and not time the drive thru anymore

        I ordered two wraps and two cups of coffee, but I couldn't hold them with both hands; then I found out that I was only given a tissue. Do you think it's a meal for one person? The service is a bit poor, you should pay more attention.

        Earlier on I had given this particular location a rather harsh review. Unfortunately at that time and before it was warranted. Now I am happy to say that things have improved almost 97% Only 1 suggestion tho. Before you give your customer any item in their order have the whole order ready beside you. This will prevent them from driving away without their complete order. But congrats on the improvements.
