        It was a horrid experince during a phone call I had with a staff member. Best not to send a young person to initiate an estimate for repairs for their car.This staff member referred to my 20 year old daughter as being "ackward" while she attended the estimate appointment. What 20 year old would feel super confident, if they had zero experince handling this situation. Plus she was extremely upset her car was damaged outside of her control. Update, I have been offered an apology by the management who was very fair and helpful to deal with.

        Place i never heard off till i googled it,was better spot we ever rented a car from ,clean,courteous,funny,patient and best service ,i would rent a car from here again no questions asked and rates were the bomb ,thank very much made our weekend,Bravo
