I've been a loyal customer of CIBC for 25 years. The level of customer service is currently at an all time low. I've attempted to see a representative several times about issues with my accounts and they have absolutely zero follow through. They take my info and tell me someone will contact me and then I hear crickets. It's maddening. I have zero trust in this bank and will be taking my business elsewhere.
