Dropped off recyclable household metals at this establishment. Asked some questions on the phone first on what was accepted and staff were not too friendly- just said to take down what we had and they would see. Confusing yard with no signage or directions when we arrived. Gentlemen came out and pointed to the scrap yard and I backed the truck in. We threw the items off of the truck and I drove out. The gentleman didnt talk or say anything during this time. We were able to get rid of our stuff, but customer service was very poor.

My hubby always took his beverage containers here and got friendly honest service. As did I. Except today I went elsewhere because they weren't open and I recieved half of roughly what I should have. It's best to have them counted out no matter where you go. But my hubby passed away recently and the shed is full. And I did not need to be dealing with this. And being taken advantage of makes things so much worse. I have 3/4 of a shed full left and these boys will be getting them. I just wish they would open on saturdays.

Taken advantage of. Dumped my cooper before telling me a price when I kept asking him what the price was. Said prices went down. I check and they didnt. Lied straight to my face and I said nothing cause I didnt know better. Calling the paper tomorrow to voice my opinion. Paul you are dishonest and should be ashamed taking advantage of people.
