I needed a minor repair on my glasses. Checked the website. Supposed to be open until 4pm on Saturday. Also tried phoning to be sure but the voice message just said that everyone was busy. Wasted $25 on a cab to find out they weren't open. Keep your information current!!

The spa was clean however this is NOT why I went. Very cold also. Booked a facial June 24/22 was really looking forward to it. Ive had a TON of facials all over the world. This one was my least favourite. The girl was way too soft PLUS. Had to tell aesthetician where to go to get my pores cleaned, she was digging at my moles (I know where they are on my face) Granted I have small pores on a great note she was a lovely kind person place was clean but I really wanted a deep facial!

WAS beyond disappointed in the store. The manager just spoke to me and didnt have to, I feel better after just recieving a call back. They cared to resolve something and that's good. I didn't end up needing a fix cause it was done but the offer was still there and I appreciate the gesture. 5 star on the call and time spent just listening to my story so it doesn't happen again. Thank you.
