Compton's Farm Market

If you haven't already heard about them from their well known incredible strawberries then let me make them known for the donuts that they bake in shop!!! Hands down beats any donut I've eaten around here and they come in a variety of flavors!!! We stopped in today and this year they have some dips who doesn't love a good dip!!!!! What a gem! Small, local family-run business - Farmer Matt and Farmer Katie started in a humble outdoor vegetable tent - no matter the weather - and have established a beautiful and successful store front on the farm. They have been very conscious in complementing the offerings other area businesses have to offer and have created a unique and proudly local business. Thry have added amazing preserves, donuts, and treats - all made on site. They partner with other businesses to round out their offerings - Fuel Your Body Meals, ADL for milk and eggs to name a few. Its a fantastic location just off the highway - Not to mention they have the friendliest staff and are always welcoming. I always go there first - and Its my GO TO for the best in season vegetables - omg the corn - Sooooo good !! I bring all my visitors to Comptons in the summer to pick out our fresh veggies for our bbqs - They all think its a great place and end up taking home jams, salsa or pickles! Comptons is a true gem in our community.

Not only was I impressed with with the quality and variety this market offers, but the customer service I received was outstanding. A friendly environment that has fresh, high quality produce and goods is what makes me a repeat customer of this market...Its my one stop shop!

Ive been out to Comptons farm market a more then a handful of times and every experience has been better then the last, the staff is always very friendly and helpful to find what Im looking for and are always fully stocked. I enjoy the variety of products they have to offer and theres always something new to try. Depending on the time of year they also offer a unique family fun experience of all their UPICK fields like the strawberries and raspberries. Great addition to our community of Summerside.
