Booked with Matthew Pulpit to have my liner replaced last fall for this spring/summer. Purchased liner he recommended $800 + taxes. Called in April and May. May 16th, he said a couple of more weeks for it to warm up more. Waited...waited.. then the end of June came. Called again twice, leaving messages. No response. Then, after not getting anywhere, we decided to install the liner ourselves only to discover he gave us the wrong measurements. We are now out the money for the liner. Can not recommend Matthew Pulpit or this company as reputable or reliable.
