Despite them having good ice cream, they mistreat their workers to the point of them having mental health problems. Cant even count the amount of times Ive ended up crying in the bathroom on my shift because of how I was treated. A coworker even left due to mental health issues brought on by the stress of dealing with the manager last season. They have literally worked me sick to the point of breaking down in front of my therapist when asked how my summer job was going. They do not provide adequate breaks and have students working for 6+ hours on their feet with no opportunity to rest and then working another 4 hours on top of that. Definitely will not be supporting them until they get better management and an owner who ensures his employees are treated right and not made to feel guilty when they are sick and need a day off. 0/5
