Terrible service. I have been waiting almost three weeks now just for a quote. Everytime I call to ask about it I am told it is "on someone's desk and being worked on as we speak", and "it will be done soon, We will contact you when its done." Then they never contact you. Last time i called they couldn't even garentee it would be done by next month & that it actually wasnt started. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Good customer service but they weren't able to insure me for about a month due to a backlog of clients.

I would not recommend this company. At initial contact, they requested me to fill out several forms of information, which I promptly completed, and I have a clean, A+ insurance history. I was then told I would get a quote in the next day or two and after multiple attempts did not ever respond back to me, even after I explained that even if they don't want my business to at least just let me know. I went with CAA and am very happy with the service and responsiveness.
