Yumi Sushi

My boyfriend and I had been here for more than 10 times and the food had been decent. Staff were nice and friendly, especially the male staff and the manager there (the manager makes perfect sushis and always wears a smile). These were what made my boyfriend and I going from Charlottetown to Summerside just for this restaurant. However, I'm guessing they're training new staff at the sushi bar, the new staff is TERRIBLY BAD at making sushi: 1. Pieces of salmon are too thin (sometimes a hole in the middle) and they are BADLY CUT 2. too much rice per piece with a very tiny pieces of fish on the top (not even covering the whole sushi 3. She missed order and made us waited on it for over half an hour The new staff at the sushi bar stayed at that position and kept making sushis poorly. We were extremely disappointed and we won't go to Yumi Sushi in Summerside anymore. However, taking the good dining experiences before this new staff came into consideration, we still rated this restaurant for 4 stars.

Nothing to complain about if you're looking for all you can eat sushi. Very responsive and polite staff, friendly atmosphere and they were quite concerned about how we enjoyed the meal. Would recommend, great value.
