        Awful, Applied Saturday, there was a small issue, but after being resolved they assured me I was approved for my requested amount. They then called me back claiming that I wasnt approved and that there was a mix up with my income issue. Despite me providing accurate info, it was a game of cat and mouse from saturday to today to get my application status, just to be mislead BIG TIME. Fix your issues and stop wasting time.

        My initial call to the company, the manager Kelly was short and rude on the phone. When the loan officer called me back, she was very understanding and helpful but we came across an issue that needed a little explanation and work around. The manager Kelly was very rude and showed no concern to work with me or talk about the issue as if I was a pain just talking to her about it. Wonderful staff... horrible management. Lost my future business.
