You cant make or change an appointment by phone There are no nurses, youre dealing with family members You visit the clinic to make an appointment and you still wait 4-5 hrs. To see the doctor. The doctor consult is an experience I will never forget. Try to find an alternative.

Worst walk in clinic ever. Dont have a family doctor cause he retired. Go there as soon as they opened at 9am. Was told I would be called and was never called. Sat at home all day in pain and was never seen. Now I have to go to outpatients tmr and waist another day before I can get help.

One of the worst walk in clinic in Summerside. My appointment was at 12:15 pm and waited upto 1:40 pm still upto that time doctor was not their . He dont care that patients are waiting they made appointment even their receptionist dont know when doctor will come . Im like whats this going on then no need to schedule people for an appointment. If in case doctor is not available they should call patients and cancel appointments this is how things goes . Not like these clinic people are doing . Its completely ridiculous . I would say dont go their its completely waste of your time . Thank you
